Request for Proposals - Stormvault and Inlet Sump Maintenance

The Town of Vail Public Works Department is seeking proposals from contractors for general
maintenance, cleaning, of 37 stormwater vaults once in Spring 2025 and once in Fall 2025 and 100
stormwater inlet sumps once in Spring 2025. Respondents are asked to submit a proposal containing
their qualifications, staff and equipment availability and hourly rates for labor and equipment.
All materials removed from gutter bins can be disposed of at the Town of Vail Public Works
Department’s snow dump at a location approved by the engineer. Proposals will be reviewed and used
to establish a qualified vendors list.

Proposal due date is February 21, 2025 at 2:00PM MDT at the above email address.

The successful firm shall hold pricing for the term of the contract. The Town of Vail reserves the
right to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all proposals on any basis without
disclosing the reason.
