Project Description: Austin Independent School District (“AISD”) is seeking proposals for District-wide secure document shredding and purge services. This project involves the regular servicing of approximately 2,400 secure consoles across 130 facilities and requires a seamless hardware transition from the current provider. The successful proposer must ensure all destruction meets CJIS and District privacy standards while guaranteeing that 100% of shredded material is recycled to support AISD’s environmental sustainability goals.
