Safety Training Program and Administration

The City of Davis is seeking to receive proposals from qualified companies to review and provide development of, or updates to, required written environmental health and safety training programs for the City of Davis personnel. The required services and performance conditions are described in the Scope of Services.

The initial contract will be for a period of two fiscal years, ending June 30, 2025. The contract may be renewed but no more than two (2) two-year terms may be agreed to for a total contract time of six (6) years.

Questions about this RFP are required to be submitted to Jennifer Cariglio by August 25, 2023 at 4:00pm. Questions submitted after the due date or via phone will not be accepted. All substantive questions and answers will be published below.

Submittal Information
Companies interested in submitting a proposal for this project should respond to this RFP with a written proposal providing all the information requested. The proposal will be considered complete only if all of the items listed under the Proposal Requirements are included.

Proposals shall be delivered via email to Jennifer Cariglio at JCariglio@CityofDavis.org on or before 4:00 pm, Tuesday, September 5, 2023 with subject line: Safety Training and Administrative Services.
