NOTICE: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The City of Ward is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to purchase two (2) Electronic Vehicles (EVs) for its Park and Recreation Department. A complete Bid Proposal Package may be obtained by emailing chasity@cityofward.com . Completed proposal must be received no later than later than 2 pm (local time), August 11, 2025 at which time they will be opened in public. Each proposal must be clearly mark on the outside envelope; “WARD RFP 2025-01 – Electric Vehicles.” For additional information, contact Mayor Gastineau, 501-743-2501 or via email at mayor@cityofward.com . The City reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any and all responses received. The cost of this ad is $125.60, and is paid for with City of Ward General Funds.
