Request for Proposals (RFP) Qualified Environmental Professional Services for 262 Broadway

The purpose of this RFP is to request technical proposals from qualified environmental consulting firms (Respondents) interested in providing environmental services oversight to the Town of North Attleborough (Town) for the property referred to as the former Webster Mill, located at 262 Broadway in North Attleborough. The Town will qualify one Respondent that meets the threshold and selection criteria outlined in this RFP.

The RFP is open to all qualified environmental professionals (QEPs) capable and qualified to meet the objectives and requirements described in this document.

After the closing date, the Town will review all RFP submissions for completeness in accordance with the stated requirements and selection criteria. If threshold criteria are satisfied, The Town will assess each Respondent’s technical qualifications based upon the selection criteria. The Town and an appointed selection committee will further consider responses that meet the threshold and selection criteria set forth below.

Once the selection committee has reviewed all Respondent proposals, two or more may be selected for a video or in-person interview with the selection committee.
