San Benito Consolidated Independent School District (SBCISD) is accepting bids/proposals for:

Pest Control Services (District Wide)

Request for Proposal RFP-0925-PCS

Sealed proposals are to be mailed, or hand delivered to the attention of Mr. Christopher Cortez, Interim Chief Financial Officer , San Benito Consolidated Independent School District, 240 N. Crockett   Street, San   Benito, TX   78586.   Please mark your envelope plainly: "Pest Control Services Request for Proposal “RFP-0925 - PCS" .

Any proposals received later will be returned unopened. San Benito CISD is not responsible for proposals misplaced or mailed incorrectly. The deadline to submit is Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 3:00 pm C . S.T.

Please reply using the enclosed forms. Please submit one original and five copies of your proposal. Please submit  in the format provided,  in order  to expedite  our  analysis. We will only consider proposals submitted in our format.  Any  questions  on  this  Request  for Proposals should be submitted in writing to Eddie Cavazos, Director of Purchasing, via  email, jecavazos @sbcisd . net . The awarding of the proposal  will take place at a public school board meeting. The San Benito CISD School Board reserves the right to accept , reject any and /or all proposals,  waive  minor technicalities, or  to award  the proposal to the most responsible offeror which best serves the interest of the District.
