Description:

The scope of this contract includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks:

Repair and replacement of chain-link, wooden, vinyl, and ornamental fences.
Emergency and non-emergency fence repairs.
Installation of new fencing as required.
Customer notification and scheduling: The contractor is responsible for contacting the customer to coordinate appointments and scheduling repair or replacement services.
Call in utility locates.
Ensure all work meets City, State, and industry standards.
Removal and disposal of damaged or outdated fencing materials.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Yard restoration related to work done.

The contractor may be required to respond to requests for service within a specific time frame based on the urgency of the repairs.
