Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 25001 for Custodial Services for:
Agnes L. Mathers Elementary School and Medical Clinic, Sandspit, BC Port Clements Elementary School, Port Clements, BC
The Board of Education of School District No. 50 (Haida Gwaii) invites qualified proponents to submit proposals for a Custodial Services contract for the Agnes L. Mathers Elementary School and Medical Clinic, and/or Port Clements Elementary School to the School Board Administration Office attention Mr. Rick Swain, Operations Manager, 107-3 rd Avenue, PO Box 69, Daajing Giids, BC, V0T 1S0.
The RFP submission will be open until to 2:00 p.m. on July 20, 2025.
Alternatively, proposals may be received by email rswain@sd50.bc.ca or fax at 250-559-8849, up to the stipulated time.
Proposals received after the closing time will not be considered.
RFP documents, including Invitation and Submission Instructions to Proponents, can be picked up at the School Board Administration Office in Daajing Giids, Agnes L Mathers School in Sandspit or Port Clements Elementary School. By submitting a proposal, the Proponent agrees to comply with and be bound by all the terms of the RFP, as described in this invitation and the RFP documents.
