The City of Rock Island is hereby requesting proposals from qualified consultants to develop Historic Design Guidelines to support the review of projects within the City's locally designated historic districts and landmarks. The guidelines will assist in preserving the historic character and architectural integrity of Rock Island. Proposals are due by Thursday, August 21st at 4:00 PM. Please read the RFP for more details.
