Request for Proposals (RFP) for Building Plan Check and Safety Inspection Services

The City of Artesia (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified consulting professions or firms (“Consultant”) related to building and safety (B&S) services on an "as-needed" basis for both residential and non-residential projects. The City's intent is to minimize response time and enhance customer service by supplementing in-house staff with consulting services in the areas of building plan check for high-profile projects and/or contractual services for additional building division positions. Positions may include but are not limited to: building inspection, building code enforcement, building counter operations, and other related services.
