The Pinole City Council is considering placing a measure on the November 2026 ballot to fund community priorities through a bond program for infrastructure projects, a parcel tax dedicated to public safety, and/or a special sales tax dedicated to public safety. To inform this decision, the City seeks to engage a consulting firm to conduct research on voters’ priorities and assess community interest in such ballot measures.
