Request for Proposals (RFP) for Water Well Rehabilitation and Maintenance Repair Services

The City of San Bruno is seeking Proposals, electronically or by mail, by November 19, 2025, at 5:00 PM, for the following service:

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The City of San Bruno (City), through the Public Works Department, is requesting proposals to provide scheduled well rehabilitation, preventative mechanical maintenance, and emergency repairs to the City’s water wells, pump stations, and related facilities.  The Contractor must be able to respond to emergency repairs within 24 hours and within 48 hours for non-emergency repairs.  Primary work includes, but is not limited to, all labor and equipment to repair, replace, adjust, and maintain pumps, motors, and related mechanical systems; inspect, repair, and replace media filters; pull and inspect wire cable/power supply; video inspection; testing; and emergency response.
