All bids must be emailed, mailed, or hand-delivered to the City of Bryant’s Boswell Municipal Complex located at 210 SW 3rd Street, Bryant, AR 72022, Attn: Nichole Manley, no later than Friday, September 26, 2025 at 12:00 P.M.

Evaluation of the bid will be based on the following criteria:

- Banking services Costs and Earnings Potential
- Technology innovativeness
- Experience, References, and continuity of bank and bank officials
- Financial Advisory Ability
- Creditworthiness and stability
- Compliance with requirements on the RFP
