The City of Hibbing is seeking proposals from qualified insurance brokers to provide comprehensive employee benefits brokerage and consulting services. The selected firm will be expected to play a key role in cost containment, regulatory compliance, enhancement of benefit quality and plan design, and the delivery of clear and effective communication to employees, City administration, and City Council.
