Provide professional engineering services to prepare plans, specifications, and an estimate for this project. Repairs to include fire repair, erosion mitigation, asphalt approaches, joint seal replacement, deck sealing, and barrier replacement. This includes addressing deficiencies indicated in the Caltrans Bridge Inspection Reports and preparing necessary environmental documentation for this project.
