Request for Proposals (RFP) # CTSS-2526, "Contracted Transportation Services for Students"

Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) is seeking sealed proposals from experienced and qualified Offerors/Proposers to provide qualified drivers and attendants for school buses owned by the district. The selected Vendor/Contractor shall supply personnel to operate the district’s transportation routes, ensuring safe, timely, and reliable transportation services for students, for the district on an “as-needed” basis.

All Work will be in accordance with the provisions contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP). It is anticipated that one contract will be issued to a single successful Vendor/Contractor; however, CCPS reserves the right to award separate contracts, if in the best interest of CCPS. CCPS reserves the right to cancel the RFP, make an aggregate award, or split the award between more than one Offerors/Proposers.

Any resultant contract shall be for one (1) year with the option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year periods.
