CMMS)

Springville City is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide a Computerized

Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Asset Management System, including

system implementation, training, and ongoing support.

The purpose of this RFP is to procure a cloud-based solution that improves the City’s

ability to manage assets and maintenance operations across various departments,

including Power, Public Works, and Facilities. The system should support mobile

functionality, GIS integration, and internal configuration by City staff.

Proposal Submission Deadline: July 18, 2025, by 3:00 PM (MT)

Deadline for Vendor Questions: June 27, 2025, by 12:00 PM (MT)
