Restaurant/Bar/ Banquet Room Opportunity At the Former Lone Oak Golf Course

The goals/objective of this Request for proposal I(RFP) is to award an operation agreement
and long term lease to an operation who will accomplish the following:
*Provide a restaurant, bar and/or eating and entertainment related operation with a
distinctive menu/experience that will cater to patrons. The facility also offers a banquet
room.
* Maximize attendance through featured menu items, services, ambiance, special events
marketing.
* Facilities already have in place full service kitchen with equipment, Full service bar,

Competitive sealed proposals are due before 2:00 pm on May 21, 2025.
