Request for Proposals (RFP) - Parks and Recreation Master Plan Update

The City of Sanger, California ("City") is requesting sealed proposals from a highly qualified planning/design entity to prepare a comprehensive update to the City’s 2006 - 2025 Parks and Recreation Master Plan (“Plan”) to reflect the demand for more Parks and Recreation Facilities within the City. The Plan was last updated in 2006 and adopted by the Sanger City Council in January 2007. The city is located in Fresno County, the heart of the San Joaquin Valley, near the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range. A portion of the city is along State Route 180, approximately fifteen miles east of State Highway 99 and two miles west of the Kings River.
