The Seneca County Local Development Corporation is seeking qualified firms interested in updating the comprehensive Economic Development Strategy to advise future economic growth, priorities, and investment in Seneca County, NY. Services by the consultant shall include: SWOT analysis, strategic planning, recommendation of implementation strategies and magnitudes of cost, identification of key performance indicators, and facilitation of stakeholder meetings.
