Description:

The City of Little Canada (city) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified companies (referred to as “proposers") to provide comprehensive solid waste and recycling services to all low-density dwelling units (a building designed for occupancy, including single-family detached houses), medium-density dwelling units (a building designed for occupancy including two-or three-family buildings, townhomes, and buildings with a density of 3-8 units (those built after 2024). Opt-in collection is also provided to medium-density dwelling units (built prior to 2024) that have collection needs similar to low-density units. This document, together with all forms and exhibits, shall serve as the “Request for Proposal” (RFP) for the services.

Please note, the previously scheduled pre-bid meeting on October 17 has been canceled.
