NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed proposals for a long-term Purchase Power Agreement (PPA) to procure up to 2.5 MWAC of solar-
generated electricity will be received by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the city of Amory at
City Hall located at 109 South Front Street, Amory, Mississippi 38821 until 2:00 p.m. local time on
Tuesday the 1st day of October 2024 and immediately thereafter will be publicly opened and read.
CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Specifications and bidding documents may be examined at the office of the City
Clerk of Amory located at the address stated above or may be obtained from the Consultant for the
Project:

Official bid documents can be downloaded from central bidding at www.centralbidding.com.

SUBMITTAL OF SEALED BIDS: Each bid must be submitted in accordance with the instructions to bidders
which are bound in this request for proposal. The owner reserves the right to waive irregularities
and to reject any or all bids.

SUBMITTAL OF ELECTRONIC BIDS: Electronic bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com. For any
questions related to the electronic bidding process, please call central bidding at 225-810- 4814.
Each electronically submitted bid must be submitted in “pdf” format and shall contain the same
information and forms as required for the paper bids. In the event that an electronically submitted
bid has a corrupted attachment, the bid will be considered null and void.

The Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Amory, Mississippi expressly reserve the right to
reject any or all bids submitted and to waive any informalities or technicalities therein.
No bidder may withdraw a bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening of
bids.
