The Town is soliciting proposals from qualified real estate firms/brokers specializing in residential/commercial real estate sales for the sale of Town-owned property located at 980 & 992 Gold Canyon Road, Monument, Colorado ( See Exhibit A ). It is the intent of this RFP to have the successful firm/broker enter into a professional services agreement with the Town. Knowledge of the Town of Monument market is essential, as well as experience in the purchase/sale of properties in the region.
