Request for Proposals - Printing & Mailing Services for Hello L.O. Newsletter

The City of Lake Oswego publishes a monthly newsletter, Hello L.O. The newsletter is mailed to every residence and business in Lake Oswego. City pays postage. The City is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced service providers for the printing and distribution of the City’s monthly newsletter, Hello L.O.

The City intends to award a single contract as a result of this RFP. The contract term will be one year with options to renew for four additional one-year terms. The contract commences with the production of the August 2026 issue. The contract will continue for twelve (12) issues and end with the printing of the July 2027 issue. If renewed by the City for 2027-2028, the renewal period shall be for the August 2027 issue and end with the printing of the July 2028 issue.
