Bid Orientation: A Mandatory job walk will be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at 10:00 AM promptly at the Wastewater Recovery Center, located at 2500 Navy Drive, Stockton, CA 95206 (see Attachment A on the RFP).
Description: The City of Stockton Municipal Utilities Department is requesting proposals from qualified Consultants that may lead to the award of engineering services to design a pressure-based cogeneration engine fuel control system to bypass the gas holding unit and transfer digester gas directly from the digesters to the cogeneration facilities at the Wastewater Recovery Center. The purpose of this project is to provide redundancy and improve the reliability of the gas handling facilities.
