REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Purchasing Agent of the Township of Brick, County of
Ocean and State of New Jersey, will on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the Brick
Municipal Complex, 401 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick, NJ 08723 receive proposals for the
following services:
PRESERVATION ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
Specifications are available in the Office of Purchasing and Contracting, 401 Chambers Bridge
Road, Brick, NJ 08723 and may be picked up, mailed or emailed during normal business hours,
Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Any additional information may be obtained by
calling 732-262-1058.
Vendors are required to comply with the Affirmative Action Requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31
et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27, Stockholder Disclosure Certifications N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2, have a
New Jersey Business Registration Certificate pursuant to P.L. 2004, c.57 and P.L. 2009, c.315,
and comply with Local Unit Pay to Play Law P.L. 2004, c.19, in accordance with N.J.S.A.
19:44A-20.5 et seq.
