Request for Proposals Pest Control Services

The Holyoke Housing Authority (HHA) invites sealed proposals from qualified Offerors to provide pest control services following Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles across all residential, administrative, and related HHA facilities for a two-year term.  HHA’s properties include high-rise buildings, family developments, and scattered sites, totaling nearly 840 units.

Sealed responses to this solicitation will be received by the HHA until 2PM, December 22, 2025.  All proposals received after this time will be returned unopened.

All inquiries regarding this proposal shall be directed to Amie Chrzanowski, Purchasing Assistant, in writing at achrzanowski@holyokehousing.org by 2PM, December 8, 2025.

Proposals will be subject to approval and award by the Board of Commissioners of the Holyoke Housing Authority.  Proposals will be irrevocable for a period of ninety (90) days from the responses due date.

The Holyoke Housing Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities in, or to reject any and all proposals if it is in the public interest to do so.
