The City of Monticello, Minnesota, is seeking proposals from licensed and insured pyrotechnics professionals to produce a high-quality outdoor fireworks display for our annual Riverfest Celebration.

Special Requirements:
|
Proposal Requirements Each proposal must include the following:
• Names and roles of key personnel assigned to the project
• Proposed duration and content of the display, including shell types and effects
• Detailed timeline and task outline for setup, execution, and teardown
• Fixed price quote for each contract year, inclusive of all services
• Three references from similar-sized events, including contact information
• Inventory of fireworks products to be used
• Site map showing staging and safety zones
• Completed W-9 or equivalent tax documentation
• Proof of insurance naming the City of Monticello and ISD #882 as additional insured
Please include a detailed fee schedule outlining payment terms and conditions for each year of the proposed contract.
