Request for Proposals – Office 365 Licensing and Migration Services RFP No. 2025-12

Springville City is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Office 365 Government licensing and full-service migration from the City’s current onpremises Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 to a cloud-based Office 365 environment.

This project includes the procurement of Office 365 G1, G3, and G5 licenses, Microsoft Teams configuration, domain name transition, and email/data migration services. Vendors must be licensed Microsoft Partners listed on the NASPO contract and demonstrate public sector experience with similar transitions.

Proposals must be submitted electronically via the Euna (formerly Bonfire) Procurement Portal by 12:00 p.m. MDT on August 28, 2025. All questions must be submitted via the Public Q&A section in Euna under “Messages” no later than 12:00 p.m. MDT on August 21, 2025. Responses will be posted publicly through the same portal.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities.
