MARQUETTE COUNTY LAND BANK AUTHORITY
ROOF REPLACEMENT FOR BUILDING LOCATED AT THE
CLIFFS SHAFT MINING MUSEUM, CITY OF ISHPEMING, MICHIGAN
Due Date: December 21, 2023 by 2:00 p.m. local time

The Marquette County Land Bank Authority is seeking bids to perform work to a roof structure at the Cliffs Shaft Mining Museum on Spruce Street in Ishpeming, Michigan. The RFP packet, including instructions, project specifications and bidding documents can be found by clicking the link below. A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit is scheduled for 3:00 PM (local time), December 8, 2023. All bids shall be submitted via email to agiroux@mqtco.org by 2:00 PM (local time), December 21, 2023. Work is expected to be complete by July 31, 2024.
The Marquette County Land Bank Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
