The Marquette County Land Bank Authority is seeking bids to demolish several structures in Marquette County. The RFP packet, including instructions, project specifications and bidding documents can be found by clicking the link below. Sealed bids will be received by the Land Bank and the Marquette County Treasurer's Office, 234 W. Baraga Ave. Marquette, MI 49855 before 3 :00 PM (local time), December 21, 2023. Work is expected to be complete by August 31, 2024.
The Marquette County Land Bank Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
