The County of Marquette (County), seeks proposals from photocopier vendors. Currently there are twenty-three photocopiers at different locations throughout the County.

The County is requesting a five-year lease of photocopiers to better satisfy the needs of individual departments. Exhibit A specifies the location and necessary functions, along with presenting historical impression data for accuracy.

Proposals must be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m. local time, February 26th, 2025. Proposal Form, contained in this Request for Proposal (RFP), must be submitted by email, mail or in person, in a sealed envelope, which identifies the proponent and states “Marquette County Photocopier RFP” either on the outside of the envelope or the subject line of the email.
