Request for Proposals - Maintenance for Walton County Public Safety Complex

The Walton County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed proposals for Maintenance for the Walton County Public Safety Complex located at 305 Georgia Avenue, Monroe, GA 30655.

Proposals will be accepted at the Historic Walton Co. Courthouse, 111 S. Broad Street, Monroe, Georgia 30655 until 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 22, 2025. Proposals submitted after the time due will not be accepted. A mandatory site visit will be held at 1:00 p.m. sharp on Wednesday, April 9th. It is expected to last 2 hours.

Proof of General Liability Insurance and Workman's Compensation Insurance will be required with the Walton County Board of Commissioners named as additional insured. Proposers must submit with the proposal a Contractor Affidavit verifying compliance with the Federal Work Authorization Program known as E-Verify. This form must be notarized.

Walton County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities or irregularities and to award the proposal based on the highest and best interest of Walton County.
