Request for Proposals – Land for Affordable Housing Development

The City of Charlotte is accepting proposals for affordable or mixed-income housing development on land owned by the City of Charlotte. The City seeks creative proposals that will meet local housing needs while advancing key priorities, including permanent affordability, sustainable building practices, and innovative housing models. Addendums will be issued should there be additional information. The City shall accept proposals until January 24, 2025, at 5pm.
