REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: 115 kV – 12.47Y/7.2 kV, 15/20/25 MVA Power Transformer

This publication serves notice that Skamania County PUD is seeking proposals to furnish, test, and deliver one 115 kV – 12.47Y/7.2 kV, 15/20/25 MVA Power Transformer.

Sealed Proposals addressed to Melanie Sharp will be received at the OWNER’S office, P.O. Box 500, 1492 Wind River Highway, Carson, Washington 98610 until 2:00 p.m. local time, on the 8th day of April 2025, and then will be publicly opened and read. Sealed bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and identified as “Sealed Bid – Cape Horn Substation Power Transformer”. OWNER will not accept any electronically submitted proposals.

Skamania County PUD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive technicalities or irregularities, and accept any submittals if such action is believed to be in the best interest of Skamania County PUD.
