Request for Proposals 278 - K Building Art Room HVAC Installation

Project Description: Atlantic Cape Community College is seeking to retain a qualified contractor to provide and install one (1) 3 Ton Dual Mitsubishi split system.
Awarded contractor is responsible for the installation of two (2) Deluxe wall mounted indoor units: 12,000 BTU in K141 & 18,000 BTU in K 136. Provide and install all necessary refrigerant piping and control wiring. Install new fused disconnect switch and electrical whip for the outdoor unit. Install condensate drains to outside of building. Install a wired controller in each room (K141 & K136). Evacuate the system and charge with the factory charge. Add refrigerant charge as needed and check for proper operation of the system. All necessary permits to be acquired by awarded contractor.
