1. ADMINISTRATIVE OVERVIEW

1.1 Purpose Lenoir County Public Schools (the "District") is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide a unified Website Content Management System (CMS) and a Mass Communication/Notification system. The goal is to replace the current fragmented system with a single, integrated platform that simplifies communication for staff and families.

1.2 Deadline for Written Questions: March 15, 2026, 2:00 p.m.

Lenoir County Public Schools will not be bound by oral explanations or information provided that may change the terms and conditions of the contract unless those changes are posted as an addendum.

It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that the proposal and any addendums are delivered by the specified time and date.

Lenoir County Schools reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals presented, and the right to waive any informalities or irregularities deemed in the best interest of the county.
