Request for Proposals for Insurance Services

The City of Minot, North Dakota, is requesting proposals for a full-service insurance agency, which will facilitate the required insurance coverage and claim processing of the City in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible.  The specific services we desire include the following:

• General Liability Insurance
• Commercial Property Insurance
• Equipment and Automobile Insurance
• Boiler Insurance
• Airport Insurance
• Flood Insurance
• Cyber Security Insurance
• Fidelity Bonds

Proposals shall be submitted in the format outlined in the RFP and received no later than 12:00 p.m. CST, November 4, 2024, to the Finance Department, 10 3rd Ave SW, Minot, ND 58701 or P.O. Box 5006 Minot, ND 58702-5006.
