BONDS/BANK LOAN
COUNTY OF VENANGO

The County of VENANGO, Pennsylvania (the “County”), is soliciting information from institutions in connection with its anticipated issuance of debt in the estimated principal amount of $5,000,000.

The proceeds of the debt will be used towards various capital improvement projects as outlined in the County’s long-term Capital Improvement Plan.

This RFP turnaround and the financing timeline is being expedited. The County would like to consider an Ordinance at its March Meeting and enact the Ordinance at its first April Meeting and be in position to price the Debt in late-April. By responding to this RFP, respondents are affirming they can meet the above schedule.

The debt is expected to be tax-exempt and non-bank qualified. The County is currently rated AA- by S&P.

In connection with this upcoming financing, the County is soliciting information from certain institutions. For Municipal Advisor Rule purposes, the County is sending this Request for Proposals to at least three institutions.
