Request for Proposals for Westview Place Phase I Renovations, Saskatoon SK

This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by Saskatchewan Housing Corporation ("SHC") to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the renovation of multi-unit residential buildings identified as Westview Place in Saskatoon as further described in the attached documents.

SHC provides a range of programs and services to assist Saskatchewan residents with their housing needs. The Scope of Work comprises complete exterior and interior renovations with new finishes, mechanical, and electrical to Buildings C, D, H, and I containing a total of Twenty-Two (22) Units. Demolition will include the abatement of asbestos containing materials. Improvements to the exterior grounds will include lighting, concrete work, new sod, restoration of irrigation, new fences, and exterior railings. The surrounding buildings will remain tenant occupied and operational. Separate prices are required for upgrades to the exterior sanitary lines. Refer to the attachments for the full extent of the Work.

A Mandatory Site Examination Meeting has been scheduled for February 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM Local Time. The meeting will be held on site at Westview Place, Building C, 100 Block Davidson Crescent, Saskatoon, SK.
