Project Description: The City of Milwaukie is seeking competitive proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for monthly printing and mailing services of the City’s utility statements. Proposals must be submitted electronically through this procurement portal. Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. PDT on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, for the purpose of selecting a proposer who evidences the highest level of quality performance and technical competence in their services. Proposals submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.
