Request for Proposals for Training and Technical Assistance Services to Mitchell-Lama Cooperatives and Rentals

Dear Prospective Proposers:

The New York State Housing Finance Agency (“HFA”) issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Training and Technical Assistance Services to Mitchell-Lama Cooperatives and Rentals on February 20, 2025, with proposals due today, March 20, 2025, at 12:00pm, EDT. Unfortunately, due to a recently discovered error in HFA’s email address, no responses were received by HFA.

As a result, HFA has reissued this RFP with exactly the same services, terms and conditions as the February 20, 2025 RFP, but having a new deadline for submission of proposals date of April 11, 2025, at 12:00pm, EDT . Proposers who previously submitted responses to the February 20, 2025 RFP are encouraged to resubmit their proposals. For new Proposers, you are encouraged to review the contents of the RFP.

PLEASE NOTE : For those Proposers who previously submitted a proposal in response to the February 20, 2025, this is an opportunity to review your prior submission and update it as necessary; if no changes are required, you can resubmit the same proposal, as is, by the new deadline due date.

It is highly suggested that ALL Proposers review the “Questions & Answers” (“Q&A”) and possible “Addenda” to be posted at: https://hcr.ny.gov/procurement-opportunities . It is also highly suggested that Proposers wait until after the Q&A period to update their proposals, if necessary, prior to submitting their proposals. Proposers should constantly monitor the above website link for updates to the RFP.
