REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE RENOVATION, OPERATION, AND MAINTENANCE OF A 9- HOLE GOLF COURSE, DRIVING RANGE, CLUBHOUSE, AND FOOD SERVICE FACILITY, AT MOSHOLU GOLF COURSE IN VAN CORTLANDT PARK, BRONX

In accordance with Section 1-13 of the Concession Rules of the City of New York, the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation (Parks) intends to issue a significant Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the Renovation, Operation, And Maintenance of a 9- Hole Golf Course, Driving Range, Clubhouse, and Food Service Facility, at Mosholu Golf Course in Van Cortlandt Park, Bronx.

There will be a recommended remote proposer meeting on Friday, July 17, 2026, at 2:00 pm. If you are considering responding to this RFP, please make every effort to attend this recommended remote proposer meeting.

All proposals submitted in response to this RFP must be submitted no later than Friday, August 21, 2026, at 3:00 pm.
