All suppliers are encouraged to attend an optional meeting to familiarize themselves with the required deliverables. The site meeting is scheduled for January 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (local Toronto time) at 2701 Queen St. E, Scarborough, ON M4E 1H4 (R.C. Harris Water Treatment Plant). Upon arrival, attendees should report to the Main Service Building. Parking will be available on site. For additional information, please refer to Part 1 (RFP Process), Section 1.6 (Information Meetings).
