Request for Proposals for the Redesign of the City of Moab's Center Street Ballpark

Project Description: The City of Moab seeks proposals from qualified design firms for the complete redesign of the Center Street Ballpark at 198 E Center St. Moab, UT. The City seeks an innovative yet practical plan that transforms the space into a multi-use sports and civic complex to meet the current and future recreational needs of the community.
The deadline for all requests for proposals is 2:00 PM (MST) November 13, 2025. The City will post any notices of changes or addenda to the Contract Documents at https://utah.bonfirehub.com. Bidders are solely responsible for monitoring Bonfire, reviewing all posted addenda, and following the instructions on the platform to obtain updates and additional information.
A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be on Sept. 29, 2025, at 11:00 AM (MST). Please attend virtually or in-person at the City of Moab Offices at 217 E. Center Street, Moab, Utah 84532.
