Request for Proposals for the Revaluation of all Real Property situated in the Township of Fairfield

NOTICE TO VENDORS
TOWNSHIP OF FAIRFIELD

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received and opened by the Qualified Purchasing Agent/Municipal Clerk, for the Township of Fairfield, County of Essex, State of New Jersey on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 9 2025 at 11:00am prevailing time, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be reached in the office of the Township Clerk, 230 Fairfield Road, Fairfield, New Jersey, 07004 and then publicly opened and read aloud for the following;

REVALUATION OF ALL COMMERCIAL, RESIDENTIAL & REAL PROPERTY
SITUATE WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP OF FAIRFIELD

This project shall be awarded through a “fair and open” process pursuant to N.J.S.A.19:44A-20.4, et seq., to the Contractor whose Proposal is most advantageous to the Township of Fairfield, price and other factors considered, in accordance with the review criteria set forth in the Request for Proposals.

All Contractors who submit a Proposal must be able to demonstrate that they are capable of completing the project, under the applicable time tables set forth.

The Township of Fairfield reserves the right to reject any or all submissions due to any defects or waive informalities and accept any submissions that in its judgment will be in the best interest of the Township of Fairfield.  The Township of Fairfield shall award the Contract or reject all submissions no later than sixty (60) days from receipt of same. Specifications or any additional information may be obtained from Denise D. Cafone, Municipal Clerk/Qualified Purchasing Agent, 230 Fairfield Road, Fairfield, New Jersey 07004 during regular business hours 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Required Vendor Information can be found in the proposal documents.

All Vendors are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127 and P.L. 1977, c.33.

The successful Vendor shall be required to comply with the provisions of the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, Chapter 150 of the Law of 1963, effective January 1, 1964.
