NOTICE OF INVITATION

Notice is hereby given that Fresno Unified School District (DISTRICT) is soliciting Request for Proposals for RFP No. 25-51 , Natural Gas Services . The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be awarded to the best valued proposal.

A Pre-conference regarding statement of qualifications submittal is scheduled Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 9:00 AM . The virtual Pre-conference will be hosted via Teams with options to join in online or over the phone. Instructions are posted on Procureware.

Proposals will be received prior to 2:00 P.M. on May 14, 2025 on Procureware, the District’s online purchasing portal https://fresnousdpurchasing.procureware.com/home . Qualifications received later than the d esignated time and date will not be accepted. Facsimile (FAX), mailed or e-mailed copies of submittals will not be accepted. Proposals will not be read out loud as they are based on proposal criteria scoring.
