TITLE: Request For Proposals for Taxi Dispatch Services at LaGuardia, John. F. Kennedy, And Newark Liberty International Airports

DESCRIPTION: The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is seeking proposals for the taxi dispatch services at LaGuardia, John F. Kennedy, and Newark Liberty International Airports. The selected firm will organize, track, and dispatch taxis to the designated terminal pick-up areas and arriving customers to the appropriate taxicabs. The firm will also provide general customer service assistance in connection with the provision of taxi dispatch services. A pre-proposal conference describing this opportunity will be held virtually on Wednesday, August 20th, 2025. Refer to the solicitation for instructions to attend the virtual pre-proposal conference.

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (Port Authority), in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
