This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the Village of Sussex to establish an exclusive contract with a qualified Vendor to operate all aspects of beer, alternative fermented malt beverage, and wine sales for the 2025 Pints in the Park traveling beer garden events.
RFP Schedule of Events/Timeline

2. Deadline for questions: December 20, 2024
3. Proposals Due: January 15, 2025
4. Vendor selection presented to Park Board: January 21, 2025
5. Intent to award contract at Village Board: January 28, 2025
