Overview

Summary

The Orange County of Transportation Authority (OCTA) awarded the City of Anaheim (City) and its four partner agencies with Measure M (M2) funds for the State College Boulevard/ The City Drive Regional Traffic Signal Synchronization Program (RTSSP) Project. The funding will provide signal and intelligent transportation systems (ITS) improvements along State College Bl/The City Dr corridor from Cliffwood Avenue in the City of Brea to Garden Grove Bl in the City of Orange. The City of Anaheim will be the lead agency for the design and implementation of the signal and ITS improvements and synchronized signal timing through the project corridor. The four partner agencies (Partner Agencies) are cities of Brea, Fullerton, Orange, and Caltrans. Caltrans is not a financial partner and will not be receiving any physical improvements nor equipment upgrades. The City of Anaheim will enter into a separate cooperative agreement with Caltrans for only implementing synchronized signal timing at Caltrans intersections.
